We have one of the most modern  Diamond Cutting and Polishing factory in India .All our polishing mills are of the latest technology. 

We carry out the following processes on a rough diamond in our factory:

-: Rough Diamond Assorting :-

We assort and grade the rough diamonds as per their purity size and shape before sending them for bruiting , sawing, cleaning e.t.c.

-: Cleaving :-

We cleave rough diamonds to improve the shape, purity e.t.c.

-: Sawing :-

We have one of the most modern sawing machine (click dop type) in our factory. With this new technology we saw diamonds faster and achieve very less sawing loss. Our finishing is very smooth and breakages many more.

-: Bruting :-

We have the following type of bruiting facilities in our factory.

       (1) Single Spindle Bruiting     (2)  Double Spindle Bruiting

All our bruiting machines are of the international standard and well maintained due to which we get   maximum production with highest very accurate finishing with minimum breakage.

-: Table Smoothing :-

In this department we use the semi automatic table smoothing dop with which the worker can do table polishing on an average 800 to 1000 diamonds a day. The table smoothing is accurate with minimum loss and breakage.

-: Fixing (fixing the bruited diamond into a press pot) :-

Our fixing department is maintained very skilled staff, who takes care that while fixing the diamond is perfectly fixed into the press pot and maximum yield is achieved. Only the part which has to be polished gets polished and cracks and blurs are covered.

-: Bottom Dop :-

We have the most modern Bottom Dops in our factory. They are very easy to handle and worker can cut the bottom faces very accurately to the required degrees. Because of the click system all the facets are cuts symmetrically with excellent luster.

-: Top Dop :-

We have the most modern Top Dops in our factory. They are very easy to handle and worker can cut the top faces very accurately to the required degrees. Because of the click system all the facets are cuts symmetrically with excellent luster.

-: Polish Assortment :-

After the diamonds are perfectly cut and polished, our polish department assorts the diamonds in the following manner:                

• Clarity Wise.

• Color Wise.

• Cutting Wise.

• Size Wise.

Then they prepare the polished packets as required by the buyer        (Value & Quality Wise)

1. DIAMOND POLISHING ( 300,0000 PIECES PER MONTH SHAWL GOODS OR MAKE ABLE GOODS )

2. DIAMONDS SAWING : WE HAVE THE CAPACITY TO SAW SAWABLE DIAMONDS ( 1,50,000 PIECES PER MONTH )

WE UNDER TAKE JOB WORK FOR DIAMOND POLISHING AND DIAMOND SAWING AS WE HAVE SPARE CAPACITY AT PRESENT.
