Casting: We offer customized
solutions using Sand casting, Die-casting or Centrifugal casting
processor and technology. Besides cast iron, steel, alloy steel
castings, We also specialize in castings manufactured out of Mona,
Manganese, Bronze, Aluminum Bronze, Gunmetal, Phosphor Bronze, Brass and
Aluminum to meet the high strength application, physical and chemical
properties and high corrosion resistance.

Forging: Our Open Die and Closed Die
forging shops specialize in any item that can be manufactured from
Carbon steel, Alloy steel or Stainless steel. We are capable of
supplying these items in Finish/ Proof Machined conditions. While doing
so, all raw materials finished products are put to stringent physical,
chemical, lab, and other magnetic in house tests to ensure good quality
of manufacturing through every stage of forging.

Tool Technology:
We possess the latest and
best machining technology in form of the
MAZAK 650 MACHINE
purchased from
Yamazaki, Japan, Which is the
only one of its kind in whole of Asia. We enclose a list of the other
machines used in manufacturing of precision turned components, which would
give you an idea of strength of our mechanical manufacturing capability.
